Applesauce Cake
Mix together until creamy:
2 cups brown sugar
1 cup shortening

Blend together
2 cups unsweetened apple sauce
2 tsp baking soda
Add to creamy mixture

Add and mix the remaining ingredients
1 tsp salt
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup raisins
3 cups flour

Bake at 350 for 1 hour

Hot Milk Cake
Mix together in order given
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
dash of salt
1 tsp vanilla

Add
butter the size of the egg into a
1/2 cup hot milk

Mix egg/butter to mixture
Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes

Milk Chocolate Cake
Mix together
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup sour milk
2 cups flour
2 squares chocolate (melted)
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla

Combine
1 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp vinegar

Then mix all together
Bake at 350 until done
