Chocolate Cookie Recipes

Chocolate - sometimes we just can't get enough! Here are a couple of recipes sure to delight the chocolate lovers in your family.

Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 1/4 cups margarine
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup chocolate chips
2 cups flour
3/4 cup cocoa
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda

Method:
Mix all ingredients together.
Bake at 350F, 10 -12 minutes

Chocolate Clusters
1 package chocolate chips, melted
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 cup unsalted peanuts

Method:
Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler, remove from heat

Add peanut butter and unsalted peanuts.

Mix and drop on lined cookie sheet

Chill in freezer about 15 min.

Store in container
